You may apply and get secure online access to your child support case 24/7 . This includes access to all of the following information: Income Withholding Status, Case Information, Payment Summaries, Child Support Owed, Friend of the Court Office Information.

Appointments
We suggest that you make an appointment if you want to see your caseworker. We are a small office and employees are often in and out of court and may not be available if you stop into the office without an appointment. 

Third Party Contact
No information will be provided to a third party regarding your case. Third parties will not be allowed to attend appointments at the Friend of the Court. If someone else is helping you, we recommend that you have that person write down any questions they would like you to ask as it is difficult to have a conversation when there is someone talking in the background. 

Holiday Closures
The Friend of the Court office is closed for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve Day. 

When calling the FOC office you will be asked to confirm your address, phone number, and employment.
